Kids Planet – Exchange Policy

At Kids Planet, we want you and your little ones to be happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Exchange

Items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

What Can Be Exchanged

Clothing, footwear, and accessories are eligible for exchange (subject to availability).
Exchanges are allowed for size or color only.

What Cannot Be Exchanged

Items marked “Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Final Sale”.
Innerwear, socks, swimwear, hair accessories, or items that fall under hygiene-sensitive categories.
Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Exchange Process

Items can be exchanged in-store or by contacting our customer support for online purchases.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued (valid for a specified period).
Important Notes

We do not offer cash refunds.

Each item is eligible for one exchange only.
Kids Planet reserves the right to decline exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
